May 20 Hearing with State Water Board
There is a very important hearing scheduled for May 20 at 10:00 a.m. with the State Water Board. The state wants owner feedback on whether to grant us a variance to cease the plans to build the water treatment plant. This issue has the potential to have a huge financial impact on our community. If the water treatment plant gets built, it will mean a huge increase in water bills. Get educated on the issue by attending the next Pinon Pines Mutual Water Company board meeting, asking the board questions, and attend the May 20 meeting to give your feedback.
